Susan obtained a diploma in Medical Front Office from Niagara College and has worked in the field for over a decade. She takes great pride in supporting PBO Group clients with compassion and empathy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs and her greatest joy, her grandchildren.
